Will Bloom (Billy Crudup) loves his father, Ed (Albert Finney), but he cannot abide his father's penchant for tall tales. When Ed falls ill, he summons Will to his deathbed to tell him his fantastical life story, his real life story, once and for all. How much of it is real? And how much does that matter? And can these men reach an understanding before Ed passes?

This is the story of BIG FISH, and it's one of Tim Burton's best films.

Featuring supporting work from Jessica Lange, Alison Lohman, Marion Cotillard, Danny DeVito, and many more familiar faces, BIG FISH is an ultimately heartwarming tale about the power of stories, about fathers and sons, about young love... but it's still a Tim Burton movie, so there's a few freaks in there, as well.
