IndiaFine Arts announces a fascinating event for fans of uncommon instrumentation, theclassical arts, percussion, meditation, and Indian culture. The “Amazing Mastersof Percussion� concert on October 15th at the Westlake PerformingArts Center, will bring traditional Southern Indian “Carnatic music,� to Austin thanks to Grammy Award winning percussionist VikkuVinayakaram—supported by his sons, also percussion wizards Selvaganesh and Umashankar,and grandson Swaminathan. The performance will be preceded by a healing “SwaraYoga� meditation concert, by acclaimed violinist and vocalist GaneshRajagopalan.
