Conference Staffing
The Austin CVB can provide you with professional conference staff to help support any event between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 10 p.m.
- 30-day advance notice requested
- Minimum shift requirement = four consecutive hours
- 7 days advanced cancellation notice required
- Invoices will be provided within 30 days of the event's conclusion
Rates and break requirements
$15 per hour, per staff member - from the time each staffer reports for duty until the end of the shift (including lunches, breaks and briefings).
