1. Malverde
This indoor-outdoor private event space was made for fiestas. Overlooking 2nd Street, the vibrant venue is located at the James Beard-nominated Mexican restaurant La Condesa and features a menu of innovative Mexican street food, paired with the city's largest selection of 100-percent agave tequila and mezcal. Your attendees can sip on a craft cocktail created by Cocktail World Cup champion Nate Wales, who oversees the bar program, while enjoying skyline views of downtown Austin. Max Capacity: 125

For a meeting space surrounded by open-air splendor, Palmer is a natural choice. Located in the middle of Butler Park, your attendees will be able to step out of a meeting or conference and enjoy peaceful views of sprawling oak and cypress trees, lush grass, an illuminated water fountain, an observation hill with some of the best views of downtown, and Austin's famous riverfront hiking and biking trail. This venue also utilizes a number of sustainability features, such as low-flow water fixtures, on-site solar panels, Green Seal Certified cleaning supplies and composting and recycling programs. Max Capacity: 4,000+

3. The Mansfield on Lake Travis
Just 30 minutes from downtown Austin, this unique, rustic-themed venue atop the Oasis Texas Village offers dramatic, sweeping vistas of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country. With climate-controlled indoor spaces, outdoor decks and walls that roll-up, you'll have plenty of flexibility for designing the perfect event. The Mansfield also is home to the new Oasis Texas Brewing Company, so attendees can experience brewery tours, tap room tastings and more, all conveniently on-site. Max Capacity: 800

4. Stubb's Bar-B-Q
An Austin institution, this lively barbecue joint and live music venue is the spot to book when you're looking for a good time and a laid-back, do-as-the-locals-do experience. Your attendees can chow down on traditional, low-and-slow cooked Texas barbecue while watching a live show and getting to know other attendees in a casual environment. Max Capacity: 3,000

5. Banger's Sausage House & Beer Garden
This fun, friendly spot in the hip Rainey Street district Downtown dishes up a plethora of inexpensive gourmet sausages, from traditional to vegetarian to exotic (think alligator boudin and currywurst), with over 100 craft brews on tap to wash them down; the rustic red cottage setting offers seating inside or in a tree-shaded beer garden with picnic tables and strings of lights. Max Capacity: 1,000
