The Austin Convention Center
With 900,000 square feet of high-tech, highly desirable meeting space right in the heart of downtown, the Austin Convention Center is just steps from much of what makes Austin so dynamic and engaging.
In terms of space, there are five contiguous and column-free exhibit halls comprising 246,097 gross square feet. These halls feature a 43,300-square-foot Grand Ballroom, 1,500 retractable auditorium-style seats and 54,730 square feet of meeting rooms and offices. The Austin Convention Center also offers complementary wireless internet service, capable of moving 1 billion bits of data, voice or video — at 1 billion bits per second.

The Palmer Events Center
Austin’s 131,000-square-foot “Pavilion in the Park” offers an attractive opportunity for smaller meetings and special events. The Center features a gently sloping, asymmetrical shade roof and generous wrap-around terrace overlooking Lady Bird Lake.
The Palmer Events Center offers two levels of flexible space. On the first level, you’ll find 70,000 square feet of exhibit space that can be divided into two halls of 45,000 and 25,000 square feet, respectively. Two lobbies offer pre-function space and concessions. View a floor plan of Level One here. The upper level features breathtaking balcony views, along with 5,000 combined square feet of meeting rooms for pre-function activities, receptions, dinners and other special occasions.

Travis County Exposition Center
The Travis County Exposition Center features four unique facilities situated on 128 acres and connected by convenient, paved parking for up to 4,000 automobiles. And it’s all just 15 minutes from downtown.
The Travis County Exposition Center includes:
- The Banquet Hall — At 15,000 square feet, this is one of the largest meeting rooms available in Austin.
- The Skyline Club — This 6,000-square-foot club boasts a panoramic view of downtown Austin, with seating for up to 150 people (total capacity of 400).
- The Luedecke Arena —Stadium seating accommodates up to 6,400 people, with 25,000 square feet of arena floor and an additional 9,000-square-foot exhibit area just steps away
- The Show Barn — This covered, open-air facility offers 210,000 square feet designed for horse shows and other livestock events
