Mandola's Estate Winery

Damian Mandola, founder of Carraba's restaurants, has carved a little slice of Tuscany in the Hill Country with estate vineyards; tours and tasting room. The Mandolas bring decades of culinary experience to their latest adventure- Mandola Estate Winery. Tours are provided on Saturday and Sunday at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm. Tour guides will take you through the winemaking process, from grape to glass. Winery and Tasting Room open Mon.- Sat., 10am to 6pm; Sun. 10am to 5pm
