"With all the new happy hours pop up constantly in Austin, it’s impossible to pick just one - so I’ve chosen my top two! Fukumoto is a neighborhood izakaya in East Austin that offers yakitori, sushi, and other innovative small plates. During happy hour, they have wine and beer specials, as well as discounted dishes. My go-to is their silky, creamy housemade cream cheese tofu with shaved bonito flakes and ponzu sauce. Other must-tries are their yakitori (naturally) and sashimi plate. I also always order the ankimo and firefly squid when they’re available."

"Inside Austin's outdoor shopping center, the Domain, lies the best happy hour in the city. North Italia offers the 'bottle and board' deal from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday. This includes a full bottle of wine along with your choice of a charcuterie board or pizza. They also offer $4 glasses of wine or sangria during the happy hour. It's my favorite way to end (or kick-off) a day of shopping!"

"My favorite spot for Happy Hour is undoubtedly Salty Sow. Most of their items range from $5 - $6 and you can easily walk out of there spending no more than $40 for two people and you'll be full. I could eat their crispy brussel sprouts and the fried chicken every day. The environment and ambiance is also exemplifies the East Austin charm."
