One of my favorite hang-outs is Bungalow, situated in the popular Rainey Street district. The inside and outside mesh almost seamlessly thanks to a large corner window that extends out from the building. Wine is served by the half bottle, and more than 20 taps provide primarily local beer (Live Oak, Thirsty Planet and Real Ale to name a few).
The expansive patio offers up picnic tables perfect for people watching along Rainey Street, table games including checkers and chess, a cornhole pit (or bean bags for you Northerners) and a food truck serving up hangover worthy tacos. Insider tip: Every Wednesday, check out Big Ass Beer Night featuring $2 drafts (including a 20 oz. souvenir mug) and live music from 8-11 p.m. Sports fans can take advantage of the weekly Sunday Sociale featuring live music and specials like $1 mimosas, $5 Bloody Mary bar, and free tacos.
