  • 2 oz blanco Tequila
  • .75 oz lime juice
  • .75 oz honey-ginger syrup

Optional garnish

  • Mezcal
  • Candied ginger
  • A dehydrated lime

You will need

Double Old Fashioned Glass
Metal pick
Martini Mister


Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain over a large ice cube in a Double Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with three sprays of mezcal, and skewered candied ginger and dehydrated lime.

Ashlea Latham

Ashlea Latham is one of The Roosevelt Room's standout bartenders and is the bar manager for The Roosevelt Room's neighboring event space, The Eleanor. Ashlea assists with training new staff members and spearheads cocktail development for events and featured menus. In the spring of 2020, Ashlea passed the BAR 5-Day Program with Distinction, which is widely known as one of the most intense certification courses in the bar industry.

Set in a building built in 1929, The Roosevelt Room is one of the most unique spaces in the city. Located in the heart of downtown Austin's historic warehouse district, expect a seated cocktail experience with table service provided by knowledgeable bar staff who can guide guests through the expansive list of cocktails, including 10 innovative house creations, seven Roosevelt Room classic creations, 53 carefully-crafted classic cocktails and a curated selection of spirits, beer and wine. On Thursday nights, stick around for live music from local jazz and soul artists.
