Ingredients
- 2 oz blanco Tequila
- .75 oz lime juice
- .75 oz honey-ginger syrup
Optional garnish
- Mezcal
- Candied ginger
- A dehydrated lime
You will need
Double Old Fashioned Glass
Metal pick
Martini Mister
Instructions
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain over a large ice cube in a Double Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with three sprays of mezcal, and skewered candied ginger and dehydrated lime.

Ashlea Latham
Ashlea Latham is one of The Roosevelt Room's standout bartenders and is the bar manager for The Roosevelt Room's neighboring event space, The Eleanor. Ashlea assists with training new staff members and spearheads cocktail development for events and featured menus. In the spring of 2020, Ashlea passed the BAR 5-Day Program with Distinction, which is widely known as one of the most intense certification courses in the bar industry.
