Beginning Thursday, May 4th and continuing every Thursday in May and June, Flight Night, An Underground Sushi & Wine Experience, combines Cape Bottle Room with OSOME. The experience serves seasonal ingredients and globally sourced fish alongside curated, unique South African wines. OSOME applies Japanese cooking and preparation techniques, dry-aging methods, and procurement of unique delicacies for their guests in an omakase sushi-driven tasting format. Tickets include 10 thoughtfully prepared courses paired with a flight of unique South African wines. Tickets are $125 per person for 10 courses and wine flight.
