In recognition of Juneteenth becoming only the 11th Federal Holiday (and the first to be added in 36 years) in 2022 - we pivoted the brand and expanded the purpose of Soul Food Truck Fest to encompass America’s Juneteenth Celebration and have re-launched as 19TH FEST.
Resurfacing after a 2-year Covid-19 hiatus, we had a triumphant return and the best festival experience to date with over 2,500 attendees, 12 food trucks serving up delicious soul food, cajun, BBQ, and secret seasonings from the minds of talented soul food chefs from all over Texas.
In addition to the scrumptious food choices, festival-goers were entertained with live music featuring THE TON3S, the R&B group that started as background vocalists for Grammy-winning soul singer Anthony Hamilton. We also had over 50+ artisan craft and retail vendors, engaging sponsor activations. The Friends & Family Olympics, Meal Prep Cooking Demos, and The Health & Wellness Zone.View Map
