Austin Food & Wine Alliance is happy to announce it’s 7th Annual Wine & Swine event is returning on Sunday, November 19 from 1 to 4p.m.
Central Texas’ top chefs will honor the spirit of New Orleans for the popular annual pig roast, one of Austin’s most anticipated seasonal events that typically sells out and raises funds for culinary grants.
In a tribute to the food, drink, and music of New Orleans, Wine & Swine features 20+ chefs preparing pork dishes and whole roasted pigs for the outdoor party that includes live music, premium wine, beer and spirit tastings, and plenty o’ pork.
The annual fest will be located at Camp Mabry, a 375-acre military installation that was established in 1892 and is the third-oldest active military installation in Texas. Stay tuned for tickets scheduled to go on sale October 3rd.
