Anklets in the Boardroom is an immersive, interactive theatre project that brings real-life stories of workplace discrimination—told by members of the Asian community—to the stage. At its core, this experience is about power, identity, and what it means to be seen and heard at work—universal themes that affect us all.

Presented in the Forum Theatre style, each performance invites the audience to not only witness these stories but to step in, explore different responses, and imagine new possibilities for equity and connection. No two shows are the same—because you help shape the outcome.
