    Join us Wednesday, December 4th at Vista Brewing's Driftwood ranch for a four course farm-to-table beer pairing dinner experience.

    We've invited Chef Dereck Carter from Vista's San Antonio restaurant to showcase a winter menu pairing with three dark brews and one whiskey cocktail.

    The highlight of the menu is Vista's newest barrel program release: Fireside 2024, an imperial stout aged in rare Still Austin Bottled in Bond Rye barrels. In honor of this partnership, we'll be showcasing a rye cocktail designed by Still Austin during the welcome reception.

    Vista is closed to the public on this evening to allow for dinner guests to relax in our main Tasting Room. We'll begin the evening at 6:30 p.m. and gather around farmhouse tables for a three course meal. All beers featured in the dinner will be available to take home at a special discount for ticketholders.

    First Course: Panzanella & Grilled Plum Salad with MaieB Peachy Vinaigrette paired with Dark Skies Black Pilsner

    Main Course: Lorenzo-Braised Short Ribs with Fondant Potatoes paired with Lorenzo Mexican Hot Chocolate Imperial Stout

    Dessert: Fireside Brioche Bread Pudding with Still Austin Salted Whiskey Caramel paired with Fireside Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
