Join Sacred Ascension & Santos Suerte on Saturday, October 26th at 10 am to bless the land and honor the ancestors buried at Bethany Cemetery. This year we will also honor our ancestors who traveled through these lands on the El Camino Real Trail on their journey to freedom in Mexico. Bethany Cemetery is the first Black cemetery in Austin, Texas.

This is open to the public for those that feel called to join us. If you feel called to bring an offering we are asking for flowers. We will open the space with sacred smudging and adding offerings to our community altar. We will play our sacred sounds to honor and bless the land. We invite the community to share any prayers in the form of energy, song, music, poetry as a form of prayer for the land. We will close out the space with vibrational sound clearing and sacred limpias (cleansings). This is a free event, but any donation of offering will be donated to Bethany Cemetery for continued maintenance and upkeep.
