The Book of Will tells the story of the community who saved Shakespeare’s work from the dustbin of history. Three years after Shakespeare’s death John Heminges and Henry Condell, Will’s quick-witted fellow actors, realize that the plays that have shaped their lives are now being stolen/tampered with/plagiarized, lost, and even worse, forgotten! Hemings, Condell, and the rest of the Kings Men soon realize that they must work together to find and preserve Will’s wide range of plays. Sending them on a high-comedy and warm-hearted mission to print “the book” of Shakespeare’s plays and save their friend’s legacy.
