    Locals can limber up for the week ahead every Monday at 6:30 pm with different ways to get the blood flowing and the mind going, such as Yoga with Gustavo Padron, Sound Baths with ATXYogaGirl, Run Club with The Loop and the Trail Foundation, and Aquafit in the heated pool with Castle Hill Fitness. For the safety of guests and staff, masks are recommended while interacting with staff, and events are kept to a limited capacity and primarily held outdoors.
