    CineNoche: Berta Soy Yo
    Directed by Katia Lara
    Starring Milton Benítez, Almudena Bernabeu

    Rated NR | Runtime 1 hours & 45 minutes

On March 2, 2016, environmental activist Berta Cáceres was gunned down by hired hitmen. She had led the Lenca people in their efforts to stop the construction of a hydroelectric plant on the Gualcarque River. Before her assassination, Cáceres wrote down the names of the people and companies who wanted her dead. Using these clues, a local journalist and an international lawyer put the puzzle pieces together to solve her murder.
