Enjoy another evening of the finest New Orleans cuisine with Chef Henri Alciatore. Founded in 1905, Galatoire’s is an internationally-renowned restaurant of New Orleans. Experience a bit of old New Orleans French Quarter history and tradition through this specially prepared menu of Galatoire’s dishes. Chef Henri will discuss the history of the restaurant & dishes, demonstrate the preparation of each dish, and serve them artfully paired with wine. Chef Henri will also have some interesting and unique New Orleans items to give out as door prizes.
