In this class, local Austin chefs Michael Becherer and Rachel Zierzow will demonstrate the techniques for making two different kinds of soup, Fiesta Black Bean Soup and Creamy Butternut Squash Soup with Fresh Rosemary. All recipes are vegan and free of dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. Class is held at a private residence in Southwest Austin and is limited to 8 people.
