Join Cannon + Belle, located at Hilton Austin, for their first wine pairing dinner of the season with a Texas favorite, Becker Vineyards. The five-course dinner will pair five wines with a special menu created by Chef Yesica Arredondo. Becker Vineyards is based in Stonewall, Texas, and has expanded twice since its opening in 1996 to accommodate 74 tanks and over 2000 barrels. Several of their bottles were awarded at the 2017 Lone Star International Wine Competition and the 2017 San Francisco International Wine Competition.

Lobster Bisque - lobster, sundried tomato, sherry, cream; Paired with Becker Provencal, 2016
Beets + Pomegranate - carbonated beets, cashews, fennel, tarragon, baby potato, pomegranate vinaigrette; Paired with Becker Reserve Viognier, 2015
Poached Quail - confit, bacon, savoy, Meyer lemon, hazelnuts, chanterelle; Paired with Becker Prairie Rotie, 2014
Herb Encrusted Tenderloin - parsnip, mustard greens, black garlic, barley, sauce Robert; Paired with Becker Canada Single Vineyard Cabernet, 2014
Ginger Snap Financier - orange cardamom mousse, pistachio, honey cinnamon ice cream, candied orange, blood orange gastrique; Paired with Becker Prairie Cuvee, 2015
