Foreign & Domestic, one of Austin’s pioneering farm-to-table restaurants, is celebrating 15 years of serving the North Loop community with "The Chefs Who Shaped Us" Chef Series, a three-part dinner series happening at 6:30 p.m. on April 21, April 28, and May 12. The series will bring together renowned chefs who have played a pivotal role in Foreign & Domestic's growth and success, alongside chef-owners Nathan Lemley and Sarah Heard.
* Monday, April 21, at 6:30 p.m.: Sous-chef Chris Sapp of Foreign & Domestic and chef Taylor Hall of APIS, with mixologist Chelsea Carter of Barley Swine * $75 per guest, featuring a three-course meal with a craft cocktail
* Monday, April 28, at 6:30 p.m.: Chef-owner Nathan Lemley of Foreign & Domestic and chef-owner Shawn Cirkiel of Parkside * $65 per guest, featuring a three-course meal with the option to add a wine pairing
* Monday, May 12, at 6:30 p.m.: Chef-owner Sarah Heard of Foreign & Domestic and André Natera of Chef’s PSA * $65 per guest, featuring a three-course meal with the option to add a wine pairing
