Join FIN Program Coordinator and Forest Therapy Guide, Jordan, for a relaxing morning at the Shoal Creek Outdoor Classroom. We will explore our senses and tap back into our bodies while connecting with the Earth and nature around us. Forest Bathing, translated from the Japanese practice Shinrin-Yoku (bathing in the forest), is the art of slowing down and immersing oneself in nature to help lower stress, increase awareness, and improve overall well-being. Best suited for ages 7 and up. Children are $15, adults are $20
Families in Nature is a Texan by Nature Conservation Partner.
