    Join us for Forest Bathing led by Justine Kies, an Association of Nature and Forest Therapy certified guide.

    Forest Bathing is based on the Japanese healing art of “shinrin-yoku” focused on the health benefits of spending time immersed in the natural world. Let your senses come alive as we walk 2 miles of tranquil trails, pausing for guided mindfulness sessions. Participants will use their senses to connect with nature through guided invitations and prompts. Group-sharing circles and moments of reflection are woven throughout this mindfulness experience. A light snack and tea will be provided. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to connect with nature amidst the serene setting of Shield Ranch Barton Creek, 6,400 acres of protected wildlands located just 18 miles from downtown Austin.
