Guild, Chameleon Group’s upcoming seafood-driven restaurant opening in early 2018, is excited to participate in a special pop-up dinner at Foreign & Domestic during their “Indie Chef Series” on Monday, December 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. The pop-up dinner will feature menu items from Executive Chef Sterling Ridings and will be exemplary of the menu that the upcoming Rosedale neighborhood restaurant will offer.

The pop-up dinner is $60 per person and includes a five-course dinner with an optional wine pairing for an additional $30. The menu includes the following:

Mackerel
serrano ham / apple & chamomile broth / almond butter

Cauliflower
curried raisin / thyme

Octopus
seaweed tapenade / hearts of palm / breakfast radish

Lavender Chicken
dauphine potatoes / whipped schmaltz / oxalis

Dessert
