ICMCA is privileged to present Leela Samson, internationally acclaimed Bharatanatyam dancer, choreographer, teacher, writer, and actress, along with her renowned Spanda Dance Company on Saturday August 9 at 5 PM. A distinguished alumna of Kalakshetra, the world-renowned institute for classical arts, Leela Samson has captivated global audiences for decades with her artistry. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, she has been honored with prestigious awards, including the Padma Shri and the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award, two of India's highest accolades in the arts.

In addition to the concert, Leela Samson and Spanda Dance Company will also be conducting a special 2-Day Dance Workshop in Austin - an incredible opportunity for dance enthusiasts!. (Workshop participants will receive a free admission to the dance concert.)
