Join us for our Jazz OUTside Series every third Thursday of the month! A revolving roster of talented musicians and bands will bring you searing grooves and spontaneous compositions rooted in jazz, blues, and funk. Following the 8-9 PM set will be the infamous free jazz jam, the longest running of its kind in Austin!

Kenny Dorham's Backyard is an outdoor music venue and event space featuring food trailers, community gardens, and art that honors East Austin's rich cultural history. The venue is named after the legendary jazz trumpeter who once lived in the East Austin neighborhood.
