Mother's Day Brunch 2018 at Lakeway Resort Family Friendly

Lakeway Resort will host a Mother's Day Brunch at TR Restaurant & Lounge on Sunday, May 13 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., offering guests beautiful views of Lake Travis and an assortment of menu options that include but are not limited to:

•Classic Breakfast Options – made to order omelets, breakfast buffet, assorted pastries
•Assorted Seasonal Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes - With buffalo mozzarella, basil dressing, balsamic glaze and micro greens
•Smoked Brisket – House smoked for twenty-two hours, cherry chipotle BBQ sauce
•Salmon – Salmon en croute, spinach and fennel, creole mustard sauce
•Seared Chicken Breast – Stuffed tomato, demi and kalamata olives
•Croissant Bread Pudding – Whiskey Vanilla Sauce
