My Brother's Keeper Coding Makerspace -Student Showcase Museum & Exhibits

You are invited to come see and support the My Brother's Keeper student projects. Students have been coding Web Virtual Reality scenes.

More about My Brother's Keeper Coding Makerspace

• Code Virtual Reality scenes that can be used to create virtual reality websites and apps that can be shared with anyone.
• Interact with entrepreneurs and virtual reality developers and connect to
mentors from the tech industry and startup community.

Here is an opportunity for boys of color in college and grades 11-12 to attend a FREE Coding Makerspace at the Carver Museum. As noted by
Mozilla Learning, “the quality of the Internet is a reflection of the diverse people who are able to access and contribute to it.” To foster an inclusive computing culture, Changing Expectations has added WebVR (virtual reality) coding projects to the My Brother's Keeper Coding Makerspace to teach and prepare males of color for the VR workforce.
