Join us as we welcome back Chef Fer Candil of Paellas, Tapas & More for an authentic Spanish paella cooking class! The class will feature Con' Olio's Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils & Balsamic Vinegars. The demo will include a brief education about extra virgin olive oils & balsamic vinegars then Chef Fer will demonstrate the authentic Spanish recipes below. This class is interactive, so be prepared to jump in!

Menu:
- Paella Valenciana from scratch with seafood & chicken
- Two Spanish tapas
- Ensalada with fresh vinaigrette
- Homemade bread with olive oil
- Virgin Spanish sangria
- Dessert
 
Chilled water will also be served. You are welcome to purchase a bottle of wine before the event as well. After the event, we will open up our shop for your own personal tasting tour.
 
A few reminders about reservations: The workshop is $55 per person. All purchases are final and we are unable to issue any refunds. Class start time is 6 PM. Arrive a few minutes early if you'd like to purchase wine. Parking is available for a small fee at City Hall or any AMLI parking garage. We look forward to seeing you!
 
About Chef Fer:

Fer is the Chef at Paellas, Tapas & More. Born and raised in Madrid, Spain, she also lived in Cadiz (South Spain), and in Santiago de Compostela (North Spain). Chef Fer continues to use the same recipes that her family has passed down orally from mother to daughter for generations. Fer continues to develop her cooking talents attending various culinary programs and through private lessons with professional Chefs in Spain. She started teaching cooking classes for kids and adults 12 years ago.
