Yuyo, Austin's go-to spot for contemporary Peruvian cuisine, has launched Passport to Perú, a four-course chef dinner series featuring elevated takes on favorite menu items as well as new off-menu items. The first event of the series will take place in Yuyo's dining room on Tuesday, September 25th at 7:30pm, providing guests with the opportunity to dive deeper into Peruvian ingredients with preparation and presentation by Executive Chef Maribel Rivero. 
 
In partnership with Caravedo Pisco, a special bienvenido cocktail will kick off the evening with appetizers followed by rosé and rioja wine pairings with each course and Tres Generaciones and Mosto Verde-Torontel Pisco after dinner.
