    Escape to the Italian Alps at Andiamo Ristorante! Professional Sommelier, PierGiorgio Manna, will be taking diners on a culinary journey of the Italian Region of Piedmont. Dinner includes a four course prix fixe menu as follows:
    First course- Polpettine di Tonno e Ricotta (tuna and ricotta meatballs) paired with La Battistina Gavi
    Second course- Agnolotti alla Piemontese (traditional filled pasta) paired with Cascina Ca'Rossa Rosé Nebbiolo
    Third Course- Brasato al Barolo (barolo braised beef) paired with Costa di Bussia Barolo
    Fourth Course- Bonet (chocolate and amaretti spoon cake) paired with Cascina Ca'Rossa Birbet Brachetto
