Boarding takes place at the Loop 360 Boat Ramp which is a Travis County park.
Travis County Parks charges an entrance fee to enter the park to board a boat:

PARKING
Plan to arrive by a rideshare such as Uber or Lyft. Parking is available for boat trailers only. Those who park onsite have the potential of receiving a $25 parking ticket.
