Join us on Saturday, February 1, from 2:00 pm-6:00 pm for the Solar Saturday: Black History Month Kick-Off Block Party! We’re kicking off Black History Month in partnership with PNC, and inviting Austin residents and beyond to a free afternoon of programming for all. As a full-site activation, we will have happenings in the sunken garden, the classroom, the dance studio, the plaza, and the drum - not to mention the gallery will be open! Vinyl records on long play will fill the halls, a vendor market will be poppin', and refreshments will be served, along with interactive arts and crafts programming to engage the brain.
