    Olive and June’s new Rosé menu brings the spirit of Italy to Austin for the summer. Crafted by Olive and June sommelier Joseph Rendon, the menu features five unique pairing options suited for every palate. The diverse selection of Italian wines complements everything from light bites to traditional Italian dishes. Try a glass of Moscato/Brachetto, Elio Perrone "Bigaro", Piemonte coupled with Prosciutto and Sorbetos; or sip on Pinot Nero with hand-made risotto and lamb leg. The Olive and June classic farm egg polenta is paired with Ribolla Gialla, Scaia, Veneto and fresh Cacio e Pepe. Rosés are available by the glass from $12-$16. Tucked away in the Midtown neighborhood, diners can escape to a blissful Italian veranda on Olive and June’s serene patio.
