    End things on a high (and smoky) note with a wood-fired sendoff at El Quincho. Where Argentinian asado meets Hill Country swagger, this fiery finale brings the heat in all the right ways. Come for the flame-grilled tapas, stay for the cocktails, and raise a glass to the wild, wine-soaked week we’ll be talking about until next year.
