Collector Amy Evenson shares her love of trolls and tomte (gnomes) through storytelling. Collector Amy Evenson shares her love of trolls, tomte (gnomes), and storytelling with an afternoon of folklore that explores the playful cultural heritage of Swedes.
In Swedish culture, Fika is a daily cultural tradition in which people stop working and spend time with colleages, coworkers and friends over coffee and sweets. Fika is about companionship, fellowship, chatting and socializing. After a long time apart --not gathering and spending time with neighbors, coworkers and friends, we welcome visitors to gather inside and outside the Chapel to share time and space, and a delicious bite, together.
All events are free, family friendly, and open to the public.
