The Blanton Museum of Art has several event spaces available for rent. The Mari and James A. Michener Gallery Building includes the Audre and Bernard Rapoport Atrium, with a soaring 50-foot ceiling and spectacular skylights, a mezzanine overlooking the main floor space, and a site-specific work of art entitled Stacked Waters by artist Teresita Fernández that surrounds the event space in shimmering blue hues.

Spaces available for rental in the Edgar A. Smith Building include the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long Grand Foyer, ideally suited to private evening receptions, or intimate seated dinners. The Smith building includes a 299-seat auditorium for speaking engagements, performances, and film screenings. The Capitol Room is a private space that can be used for conferences or private receptions, and the Meadows Foundation Educational Classroom is perfect for small group meetings. The mezzanine in the Smith Building is ideal for use as a reception space in conjunction with an auditorium program.
