From the mind and stomach of Chef Fiore Tedesco, L'Oca D'Oro is the Sunday suppers of his childhood, the exotic meals he had while touring Europe with his band, and the dinners he's only had in his dreams. Chef Tedesco presents a variety of Italian dishes in individual or sharable family-style formats. Using only carefully sourced, seasonal ingredients, many items served are made in-house such as pasta created from freshly milled grains, bread, cheese, vinegars, and liqueurs.
