    About

    The Puerto Rican Cultural Center is a 2,100-square-foot venue of flexible space rich in Boricua cultural motifs. Rental includes tables, chairs, AV, and more. Facility rental includes two rooms with maple hardwood floors and mirrors, a reception area, a galley viewing area with oversized picture windows, and a lush outdoor area under grandfather Pecan trees (as available). Note: we do not have a kitchen.

    Our base rental rate is $200/hr with a 5-hour minimum. Your total rental time should include time for setup, rip down, and the event itself. A 50% rental deposit reserves your date. Additional fees: $150 cleaning fee & $250 security deposit (refundable after the event).

    • Description Our cultural center is a 2,100 square foot facility of flexible space. It includes a multipurpose area, two studios with maple hardwood floors and mirrors -- a large studio (1200 sq ft) and a small studio (400 sq ft) -- as well as a lush outdoor area under grandfather Pecan trees. Venue rental can include but is not limited to: • special events • performances • conferences & seminars • corporate events • weddings & quincenera • receptions & showers • photo & video shoots • auditions • fashion shows • workshops & master classes • other... Standard rental fee is $495 for a half-day rental, $895 for a full-day. Contact us for more information.
