    The Neill-Cochran House is a rare surviving example of Austin's earliest history. Built in 1855 as a rural estate, this impressive Greek Revival house has survived war, neglect and the immense growth of the University of Texas area and the capital city. Now located minutes from UT, downtown Austin, MoPac, and I-35, the Neill-Cochran House lends incomparable historic elegance to meetings, mixers, and receptions. Maximum indoor seated guest capacity - 50; outdoor seated is 250 with a tent.
