You’ll find plenty of options in Austin, ranging from rustic venues with industrial-chic vibes to rooftops boasting stunning city views.

Fair Market

Embrace East Austin’s industrial history at the Quonset hut-style Fair Market. Roll-up warehouse doors open to reveal the 12,000-square-foot indoor space, simply adorned with polished concrete floors and twinkling cafe lights hung from the vaulted 17-foot ceiling. Check out the additional 10,000 square feet of green lawn to expand the space. This special venue accommodates 450 for a seated dinner, 1,100 for a concert or 1,400 for a buyout.

800 Congress

Historic bones meld beautifully with modern touches at 800 Congress in Downtown Austin. Impress 300 seated attendees or 600 standing in the 5,800-square-foot space indoors and on the patio. Inside, exposed brick and foundation walls are framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to stream in from the covered patio. Modern amenities include a 200-inch projection screen, a catering kitchen, bar packages and a private VIP green room. An on-site venue manager ensures that your event comes together seamlessly.

Springdale Station

Enter Springdale Station through a leafy archway that sets the scene for the wood-floored Blue Room, with blue walls and a handsome blue-tiled bar. From here, some of your 400 attendees can move into the adjacent White Room, where long tables or high-tops are perfect for business meetings or group meals. There’s plenty of room to mingle in the 4,300-square-foot space. Or move everyone outside to the surrounding one-acre property. Turnkey service means Springdale Station’s planners take care of the details, whether you choose do-it-yourself or all-inclusive options.

Distribution Hall

Distribution Hall, which once housed Austin’s first German beer importer, is a go-to for ample space with various venues. The East Austin venue, which doubles as a production studio, offers a 6,250-square-foot warehouse, 2,750-square-foot open-air hangar, and a 10,000-square-foot courtyard and lawn. Amenities include production suites, a 30-foot-long pre-lit infinity wall, urban backdrops, a catering area and plenty of room to park food trucks on-site. A buyout comfortably accommodates up to 1,000 attendees.

Palmer Events Center

Meetings or events requiring separate spaces for groups may find the perfect fit at Palmer Events Center, nestled in a gorgeous setting next to Butler Park. Use the Center’s space as is or divide it into two halls — one measuring 45,000 square feet and the other 25,000 square feet. Make use of the five smaller meeting rooms upstairs, which accommodate a combined total of 380 people. Balconies overlook Lady Bird Lake, with Austin skyline views in the background. Events held under a canopy outdoors is another popular choice.
