What is a flitch? A flitch is a slab of wood cut from a log.
Flitch Coffee is a specialty coffee shop operating out of a remodeled 1952 Spartan trailer. We work with local and national roasters to bring a variety of coffees to our menu. We collaborate with local bakers, retailers, vendors, and farms to bring quality products to our customers.
We are located on the eastside of Austin, at the corner of Holton and Tillery. We share a lot with Harvest Lumber Company, a sawmill and lumber warehouse. Stop by and see us!
