The Center also serves as Austin's official gift shop with a large selection of Austin, University of Texas and Texas gifts. The Visitor Center partners with Waterloo Records to sell their popular Texas music CDs.

Interested in purchasing Austin music? Visit the Live Music section of this website to buy "Austin Music, Volume 7."

Also for sale are tour tickets including Segcity, Haunted Texas Tours, Austin Duck Adventures, Lone Star River Boat and Austin Overtures.

Both Austin Duck Adventures and Austin Overtures tours depart from the Center. For those taking those tours, discounted parking is available in the Littlefield Parking Garage. The garage entrance is located on Brazos St. in between Fifth and Sixth Sts.

If you're looking for a unique way to explore Austin, stop by the Austin Visitor Center and rent the GPS Ranger-your personal, interactive tour guide. Using the latest in GPS technology, the tour allows visitors to explore at their own pace- recognizing your location and launching narration by local news anchor Michelle Valles, as you reach such notable stops as the Texas Capitol and historic Driskill Hotel. An American Sign Language tour is also available for the deaf and hard of hearing, increasing the city's accessibility to all visitors

AusTix staffs a booth at the Center to sell discounted tickets for many of the theater performances around the Capital City.

Looking for a place to check email or make online hotel reservations? The Center offers free internet access in its communication center.
