The Drop-In Summer Concert Series
Long Center
93.3 KGSR & The Long Center have teamed up to bring you a free weekly concert series on the Long Center lawn all summer long. The lineup featured a diverse lineup of Austin’s favorite and emerging artists in the heart of downtown.

Paramount Summer Classic Film Series
The Paramount Theatre
Flashing marquee lights. Buttery popcorn. Colossal screen. It’s that movie palace atmosphere, an air-conditioned oasis. THIS is how movies were meant to be seen. The 51st Annual Paramount Summer Classic Film Series presented by CapMetro returns in May. New films will be announced each month.

Zilker Summer Musical
Zilker Hillside Theater
Pack a picnic and come enjoy the free, annual musical at the Zilker Hillside Theater. The outdoor theatre troupe will host live performances Thursdays through Sundays, beginning around 8:15 p.m.

Blues on the Green
Zilker Park
93.3 KGSR's Blues on the Green is back for another year at Zilker Park. This annual, family-friendly concert is free and open to all so bring your cooler, lay out your picnic blankets and get ready to rock the park.

Moody Center
An action-packed team bull riding competition features the most exciting 8 seconds in sports featuring some of the world's best bull riders and the local Austin Gamblers.

Austin Pride Parade & Festival
Fiesta Gardens
Celebrated during Austin Pride Month each August, don’t miss this giant parade down Congress Avenue during the largest annual LGBTQI advocacy and fundraising event in Central Texas.

The Front Fest

The Front Fest is an end-of-summer festival, featuring performances, films and creative experiences putting Texas women and LGBTQ+ creatives of all kinds at the front of our lineups.
aGLIFF (All Genders, Lifestyles and Identities Film Festival)
Galaxy Theatres
aGLIFF is the oldest and largest gay and lesbian film fest in the Southwest and the largest LGBTQI+ cultural event in Austin. The event will offer feature and short films showcasing the diverse experiences of Queer people.

FIA World Endurance Championships (Lone Star Le Mans)
Circuit of The Americas
Watch as the most extreme, top-performing cars go head to head in a six-hour long endurance race at Circuit of The Americas. This event is the only World Endurance Championships round taking place in North America so you don't want to miss this race.

Bat Fest
Congress Avenue Bridge
Celebrate this batty event as the world's largest urban bat colony (1.5 million Mexican Free-Tailed Bats which take up seasonal residence beneath the Ann Richard's Congress Street Bridge) take to the skies for their nightly flight. Enjoy live music, children activities, a costume contest and more.

University of Texas Football Season
D.K.R. Memorial Stadium
Cheer on the University of Texas Longhorns at one of their home games at D.K.R. Texas Memorial Stadium on select Saturdays from September to November. For the first year ever, the Longhorns will compete in the Southeastern Conference(SEC), and go head-to-head with some of the top teams in the country.

The Mexican-American Cultural Center will host its annual Viva México celebration to showcase visual art, dance and musical performances that explore Mexico’s history through cultural art traditions.

Pride in Local Music Festival
3Ten at ACL Live
The Pride in Local Music concert event celebrates local music through the rainbow heartbeat of our great music city, produced by the Austin LGBT Chamber of Commerce. The day features musical performances from local artists at one of Austin’s most iconic venues.

HAAM Benefit Day

The Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM) hosts an annual, citywide benefit to raise support for local musicians. For one day, hundreds of local music showcases and concerts will take place, featuring many of your favorite local musicians.

LEVITATION

This independent psychedelic music and art festival has grown from a small word-of-mouth event to an internationally acclaimed, full weekend that attracts bands and attendees from all over the world. This four-day event comes to many diverse venues and art spaces across the Red River Cultural District and east side venues.
Austin Summer Carnival

A samba dance party celebrating African heritage and Brazilian, Latin and Caribbean music with DJs, guest musicians and plenty of spectacular costumes.
Banger's Oktoberfest
