Qualifications & Parameters

• Must be a new business inquiry, not available for definite contracted groups
• Offer is valid for meetings with 300 total room nights or greater
• Visit Austin must be involved in sourcing process prior to contract signature with hotel
• Business must be a part of a competitive landscape (i.e. considering other cities or multiple Austin hotels)
