Austin Tourism Insider (ATI) Hospitality Training Program
The Austin Tourism Insider (ATI) Program is designed to support Austin tourism and hospitality employees, corporate new hire onboarding, and Austin hospitality enthusiasts. The program provides expert knowledge of Austin and its tourism assets, improve confidence in suggesting options for visitors and elevate their experience, reinvigorate passion for the industry and community, and foster deep-rooted connections with others and the city we proudly support.
Each ATI class includes:
- ATI Program Facilitation
- Private Group Tour
- Food/Beverage for each registrant
- ATI Program Takeaways

The energy was there! The cohesiveness between learning what outsiders love about Austinites and the way the training was led was natural and authentically Austin (based on what I've learned here!). Loved it - made me feel a sense of pride in choosing to start a new life here. I'm just proud to be in this city and playing a part in promoting it.
