In 2023, Austin will play host to its first-ever Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Tour tournament. The ATX Open, the first U.S.-based tournament on the 2023 Hologic WTA Tour calendar, will celebrate its inaugural event, February 27 to March 5, 2023. The WTA 250 tournament will be held at Austin’s Westwood Country Club, which will be transformed to include a 1,700-seat Stadium Match Court and amenities for thousands of tennis fans. 

The tournament will be Austin’s largest women’s sporting event with matches played across seven days and thirteen sessions.

ATX Open Tickets

Reserved and premium single session tickets are available across all thirteen sessions with prices for the opening round starting at $20. All tickets include dedicated seating at Stadium Match Court, access to open seating at Grandstand Match Court and the opportunity to watch matches and practice sessions on other courts throughout the grounds.

PLAYER FIELD

A global field of WTA stars will compete in the 32-player singles and 16-team doubles draws.

2022 Australian Open Finalist, Danielle Collins, 2017 US Open Champion, Sloane Stephens, and University of Texas standout, Peyton Stearns, have already committed to the tournament. The full singles field will be announced on January 31, 2023, with the doubles field scheduled to be released on February 14, 2023.
