Austin City Limits Music Festival
One of the country's largest celebrations of music, this six-day festival brings the magic of the famed public TV series Austin City Limits out of the studio and into Austin's most beloved park, with more than 140+ musical acts on eight stages over two weekends.
Austin Reggae Festival
Reggae Fest features three days of reggae, along with more than 50 vendors selling food, plus arts and crafts.
Austin Urban Cultural Fest
More than 15,000 fans converge on Auditorium Shores for this festival celebrating R&B, neo-soul and hop-hop music.
Blues on the Green
Pack a blanket and the family and make your way to Zilker Park for this summertime tradition. Held monthly from May to August, Austin's largest free concert series welcomes performances by top local bands.
The Concourse Project
Carnaval in Austin is one of the biggest Brazilian Carnaval celebrations outside Brazil. Brasileiro-style samba, costumes and wild abandon can all be seen in the heart of Texas.
Red River Cultural District

H-E-B Austin Symphony July 4th Concert & Fireworks
The Austin Symphony hosts an annual concert of patriotic music culminating in a spectacular fireworks display over Lady Bird Lake.

Red River Cultural District
Multiple venues throughout the Red River Cultural District host four days of free live music, alongside local food and vendors. Local acts take over the stages to celebrate summer in the Live Music Capital of the World®.
Formerly Psych Fest, this independent festival has grown from a small word-of-mouth event to an internationally acclaimed, full weekend event that attracts attendees from all over the world.
Old Settler's Music Festival
Central Texas' signature music event features Grammy-winning Americana, arts and crafts, camping, food and libations. Acoustic jazz, blues and bluegrass are all performed by old-time local favorites and award-winning artists from around the world.
Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic
This annual event features a star-studded lineup, headlined by Nelson himself, and a fireworks display at the end of the night.

All Genders, Lifestyles and Identities Film Festival (aGLIFF)
aGLIFF is the oldest and largest LGBTQ+ film fest in the Southwest, and the largest LGBTQ+ cultural event in Austin. Experience the festival in August and watch for monthly screenings around town.
ATX Television Festival
ATX Festival is the first festival devoted to television's history and future. It functions like a traditional film festival with premieres of new series, current hits and cult favorites. Austin Celtic Festival
Jourdan-Bachman Pioneer Farms
This annual festival is also the largest gathering of Celts in Central Texas. The event is home to four stages of Irish, Scottish and Breton music, dance, sports, storytelling, workshops and more.
Austin Pride Festival & Parade
The Pride Festival is the largest annual LGBTQ+ advocacy and fundraising event in Central Texas. Viva La Vida Fest
Hosted by the Mexic-Arte Museum, Viva La Vida is Austin’s largest and longest-running Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) festival, and one of the few in the country with a parade. The festival features a Grand Procession, hands-on art activities and artist demos, and a celebration with traditional foods, local artist and retail booths, a low-rider exhibition, live music and performances throughout the day.
