Clients begin with the 1st Plate as we build the perfect voyage based on your theme, event, occasion while we venture through numerous countries, tastes, flavors and courses. Menu items are completed on-site to maintain food freshness, and quality. Plates may be served as a sit down meal (courses), walk-thru, buffet or a combination in an assortment of small plates, cups, bowls, spoons, skewers, picks, sticks, jars, leaves, you name it.
